Dont take Tata Indicom Connetion

I was elated a months back when i took the net connection, but my joy was short lived. I made the biggest mistake by taking TATA Indicom Broadband connection.
We got the connection after a month and after much complaints to the customer care – FINE
The connection keeps getting canceled every now and then even days at end. Its been three days and i dont have an active connection – NOT AT ALL FINE
The customer care sucks big time and the response is worse than SHIT … They never get back to you on any updates and give false promises saying that they will get back in 24hrs. On working days we might get it at night, but on week ends, so far never a stable connection or put it this way no connection at all.
Now i’m really pissed-off, one, because there is no way that i can break their head, second, there is no way you can get a faster compensation through Customer Protection forums.
They are still providing service and many people are falling prey.
So a request … any one reading this please warn your dear and near about this bad service from TATA Indicom. Atleast they can save their money.

I suffered hugely already..When i start my software firm in that place tataindicom broadband only available,so i took that.Each and everyday net got disconnected.For customer care we have to call Hydrabad office,it’s not toll free number so we have pay for that.They’ll simply give you the complaint number and tell you we’ll get back to you within 24 hours,they never turned back their head until you call them again.This continued for more than a month,i suffered lot because of this..for just because of internet connection i changed my office to new place now got airtel connection,net never get disconnected in this two months…Don’t take tataindicom broadband connection..

We already started the procedures, those things are actually keeping me busy these days…
so sad is the state of affairs ..

I underwent the same treatment at Chennai. The connection hardly worked and customer care hardly ever called back. And now, they havent returned my intial deposit.

For me its a bit different exeprience…For me and my co its working fine….Gr8 speed fantastic…I will say no one is better than tata….I know they take time initially for getting connection…but after that thr are no problems….All and all very gr8 performance…

Tata sucks big time….i’ve scheme of 1100/- of 256 kbps,unlimited data transfer,and the scheme goes 512 kbps at nite after 10 pm…..but after 10 pm i cannot surf or do nothing…its like a fragile internet connection…..fragile ISP so the connection is fragile too

i just want to know howz the tata conenctionw orking now, coz i was about to take it in a few days time, anyways thx to u guys for informing me abt d pathetic speed, but do tell me abt any improvement in tata’s connection or any other broadband that’s better.

BEWARE OF TATA INDICOM
Hi Guys! I was in Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India, for 3 months recently. ‘Unfortunately’, I purchased a mobile phone and a USB internet modem (both with connections) from TATA INDICOM. The service, probably, is worse that any telecom company can ever give you. A bigger shock is when you get monthly bills much beyond your imagination. Over and above that, when you approach their customer ‘care’, the response is much worse than that would expect from typical sarkari baboos that we encounter in our government offices. Finally, I wanted to get out…but, they delayed the disconnection process to such an extent that I had to pay them the rent for many extra days that I did not even use the connection.
If you are not particular that you will learn only from your own personal mistake (I was particular!), be cautious of Tata Indicom folks. They can trap you, your friends, or relatives. Just pass on this message if you feel it worthy. Sorry if I am spamming you.

Howdy people? I, I.. I apologise you for the inconvenience caused by my bloody son. This fellow has caused my year long reputation ditched. I am really sorry to see you all guys sobbing just because of his irresponsible administration. I have said to him number of times about Customer service. But that brat doesnt listen to me at all. Unnecessarily he is trying to give Cars and trying to make false scenes. Oh my god, I dont know what to do. Please, Please forgive this unfaithful bastard. I know he picks money from you and doesnt deliver the needed service at all. I apologise once again for delivering this type of bastard son to look after my organisation.
